Maybe plugging in your o2 sensors would be a good start, that log shows them not working at all.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I didn't know the cam stages were getting so precise now.
As stated already, O2's will help. Plus your injection timing hasn't been adjusted. Start there

Do a search for the injection timing tool (Excel spreadsheet). Adjusting injection timing might reduce smell if it is injecting into the overlap area of the stage 2.2 cam.
You take the cats off a bone stock LS vehicle and it'll stink like hell.
