Hello I have been fighting with cold start issues and lean AFR issues until my truck is operating temperature. I have tried sloppy mechanics tune cabinet injector data as well as injector dynamics data and messed with transient fuel mg, min and default injector settings, and the OLFA tables and as you can see in my tune I am commanding way rich mixtures for cold start and still seeing lean AFR's until warm this is also an issue at highway speeds at light throttle and coast at operating temp once I have a little load everything trims stoich AFR. DFCO is off and I have been using hp tuners for about 3 years now and last summer I upgraded to a 7875 and Bosch 210 injectors on pump/meth injection 17-18 psi. The rest of my tune into boost has been good to go for the past year on this setup but I have exhausted all efforts and research on what move to make next to fix my situation. I have looked over my tune and have got to correct the throttle cracker airflow is the only thing I've noticed. This only seems to be an issue at idle and part throttle. I ran FIC 72lb prior to these for about 2 years without any issues All help is greatly appreciated.
