I have a C10 with a 6l swap that im trying to tune. It came to me after a few other guys had already 'Had a go'. needles to say the tune was all over the place. Ive been working through it slowly fix what i can.
This truck has a 2006 6.0l out of a 2500. 2.4 whipple kit, apparently a 'tow spec cam', LSA injectors (Confirmed with part number of injector) Boost referenced reg running 58psi. There is a 2bar sd patch installed (Prior to me) P59 ecm Fly by wire throttle.
Trying to tune the WOT maf using AFR error from AEM wideband and after multiple revisions dont seem to be getting the changes i expect. The ve and part throttle maf all responded as expected.
I have not delt with a sd patched ecu before? im suspecting im doing something wrong?
Tuning wot in the ve table the engine will backfire and throw a code that prevents any throttle response until it is cleared. My apologies that i didnt record the code, but i suspect someone will know this issue. This is why im trying to tune the maf.
you will see in my log the WB going lean, the overshoot rich then start lean again gradually.
First time posting here so hopefully provided enough info.
Any help or direction will be appreciated.
