Not much of a dodge guy. What are some things im missing or could do in my tune. Bone stock 2010 ram. More asking what are some common changes to these trucks i guess?

I probably wont be able to get a log of the truck since it is a buddies. Ive been studying tome of the tables and what they do and slowly adding some on for the next guy.
