    MPVI3 Disabled

    Why was my other thread closed???

    There's no reason for me to send in my interface. The hardware is perfectly fine. When I received it, I plugged it into my laptop and loaded a tune, and the software read the serial number and downloaded definitions. It wasn't disabled at that point.

    Now this week when I added it to my account, it reads disabled and no longer works. Someone in your company made the decision to shut it down. Maybe you can explain the reason for that decision?

    Anyway, I need this working RIGHT NOW. Preferably yesterday. I have a truck waiting for a tune.

    I realize I'm a little guy who doesn't matter to your company, but this is a big deal to me, and I'm really frustrated.
