Just took truck out for a drive an about 40km below its pretty well spot on, once I get to 50-100 I'm about 3-5 under what guage says

It doesn't matter what the speedometer shows. There can be error in the cluster. What is important is what the scanner shows vs GPS speedometer. Have you checked it that way? I like to check them at 50 mph which is about 1/2 through a usable range. Since it looks like you are using kph you should check it at around 80 kph.

Had a chance take truck out again, on gps at 80 guage reads 75 then 100 on gps reads 95 on guage

I don't care what your gauge in the cluster reads. I only care about what the scanner vs gps reads. That will determine if the calibration is correct. Give me clear unambiguous scanner kph data at 80 kph on the GPS and what the scanner shows.

Yea scanner and gps show the same thing at 80. Didnt save a log from that sorry

Then the calibration is correct and any error is in your cluster.
