Did you try starting it up while cracking the throttle with your foot? If you cranked the blade open 20 turns of the screw, that's adding a helluvalotta airflow. That's a technical term.
I would recommend you crank it back open. Get it to idle. Get a data log. It would be helpful if you described, or even better posted pictures of the PCV and crankcase ventilation system. And pull the boot off the throttle body and take a picture.
Is it an aftermarket Chinese throttle body? All of those need the IAC passages "ported".
Most everything needs a hole drilled in the blade. If it's an aftermarket, it probably doesn't have a hole. That's one of the reasons for it needing so much opening.
There's a lot of mechanical shit involved in making a cable throttle body idle right.
