    6r80 performance issue

    I have a everest with 2.2 Diesel mated to 6R80 for some time and its getting worst .
    My observations are , low rpms not much pull, engine surge to 2200 to 2500rpm even for small move in city , like a petrol engine. There are no DTC yet . EGR got cleaned, used liquimoly injector cleaner which made the engine sound smoother. There is a hissing noice from engine right bay , dealer inspected the intercooler pipes and said its looks fine.

    If you need some help with your file let me know just got done on a BMW M57 6R80 swap its been sound and driving daily since December if you can post you factory calibration. Are you using the same or a different control to control engine vs the transmission or are they both on the same controller?
