    What am I missing? Open Loop Delay?

    Gents this one has me lost - thoughts please.
    Have a 6.2 with sml 5psi blower (Gen 4) - I want to go into open loop about 65kpa MAP and/or approx 1500rpm.

    1. To confirm closed loop transition to open is only from the demands in the PE (correct?)

    2. These are the setting in PE I have set (thinking this should kick it in way early)

    Throttle HOT Set TPS to 5% (across the range)
    Min Map 65kpa
    Min Map 6
    Min rpm 300
    Min RPM Hyst 30

    Delay
    RPM, Throttle Bypass and Speed Bypass all 0
    Upper delay 121C
    Lower delay -256C
    Enrichment Timer 0s

    Enrichment Ramp In 1.0000
    Enrichment Ramp Out 0.05

    Result- (when transitions from closed to open loop)
    115kpa MAP
    2833 rpm
    50.3% TPS
    72kph

    This is the moment the scanner shows goes from Closed to open - (OL - Accel?)

    What am I missing - 115kpa is way too late for this heavy truck - where else makes it hang onto closed loop for dear life?

    Posting your tune would have been a lot easier and would give people the opportunity to give you a real answer

    A data log would help also. Pretty standard procedure. Not sure why it needs to be said over and over and over again.

    Sorry did not have with me - now received.
    Hope someone can see where the issue. This has only been roughed in at this point.
    Why can't I with some precision dial in when open loop kicks in?

    This looks like it should work.

    I'd put the MAP enable to something higher like high 80's or 90 kPa. If you do get into PE 65 kPa would be way to low.

    Lets see a log. Its easy to tell when it is going into PE by looking at the commanded EQ or AFR. l

    Operative word - should. Thats where I am at. Certainly tried at different kPa, but just loves that 115! And at 115 goes into open loop, immediately ramps up the requested afr (more than I want but for now that's not the issue). Interesting & hopefully you can see something, somewhere??

    Try this.. Somethings don't like to be set to exactly 0.
