Gents this one has me lost - thoughts please.
Have a 6.2 with sml 5psi blower (Gen 4) - I want to go into open loop about 65kpa MAP and/or approx 1500rpm.
1. To confirm closed loop transition to open is only from the demands in the PE (correct?)
2. These are the setting in PE I have set (thinking this should kick it in way early)
Throttle HOT Set TPS to 5% (across the range)

Min rpm 300
Min RPM Hyst 30
Delay
RPM, Throttle Bypass and Speed Bypass all 0
Upper delay 121C
Lower delay -256C
Enrichment Timer 0s
Enrichment Ramp In 1.0000

Result- (when transitions from closed to open loop)
115kpa MAP
2833 rpm
50.3% TPS
72kph
This is the moment the scanner shows goes from Closed to open - (OL - Accel?)
What am I missing - 115kpa is way too late for this heavy truck - where else makes it hang onto closed loop for dear life?
