As title says, I tried to hook up this morning and got a message that interface is not found. Everything worked last week but not today. tried different cables, laptop, vehicles and got no results. Anyone got suggestions? I've not been able to find anything and have nearly reached the end of the internet. Thanks for any help!
sounds like you've exhausted most options, I'd recommend opening a support ticket in this case.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
