How to add STIT and LTIT to VCM Scanner

Hello everyone I am a noob and have no idea how to do this but I'm having trouble finding information on how to add STIT and LTIT to my channel list when scanning my car. The car is a 1999 Trans Am 6spd. Can anyone give me a step by step guide to add these to my scanner?

Idle Adapt (STIT). Copy the column ect labels from your tune into the scanner axis. Make sure the units match your tune, too. Default is lb/min iirc.

Awesome that helps so much! Is it a similar process for LTIT or is that needed since I have the short term? I'm working on tuning Idle with the AC on
