92mm Throttle Body IAC Rough idle under load

this is a stock 5.3L with headers LS4 Intake manifold and 12580681 injectors with 92mm Throttle Body DBC. Car doesn't idle normal and IAC doesn't seem to be operating normal specially under load. I'm thinking about drilling the butterfly to see if it help but don't now if I'm missing something else, any help would be appreciated.

If you drill out the blade the problem will get worse.

    Fix the injector data

Should have said make it a little bigger since it has a small whole about 5/62 in it already.

the IAC stays at 00 when at idle in park or neutral but the moment I go into gear it struggles and eventually dies, I can hear the IAC through the intake when it opens (loud whistle) but it seems to not be operating normal.

You should tune VE. For that you need working O2 sensors and correct data (first tab in excel sheet I linked).

Get rid of 75% of your pids.

Your throttle blade it too far open, or you have an air leak, the IAC is going to zero. Drilling the hole bigger makes no sense.

The narrowbands aren't working. You need to fix that.

The injector data being off is just the beginning. You got a bunch of wrongness going on.

Here is a log from a 20 minute drive street and freeway, We are going to change the Throttle body back to stock DBC since it seems these 92mm ones give too much problems, Everything in the engine is pretty much stock with a just a few changes. engine is stock 5.3 LM7 with an LS4 intake manifold and injectors and as of now with a 92mm throttle body. we are looking at running as close as possible to a stock tune since car is a Sunday driver with little freeway action.
Any suggestions on changes I should make would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Why is it so lean? What's the fuel pressure?

The prob I found with the cheap 92mm is that even with the adjust screw backed out all the way, the blade isn?t fully closed. Nor is it centered in the housing worth a shit.
I used a dremel to grind the pad where the screw hits the body until the blade would stick closed. Then loosen the blade screws to let it self center.
Readjust the screw to get it just past the stick closed point, and you will now have tuning room.
Reset the TPS and IAC and it should now have IAC range.

I had a similar problem and once I found the following write up and opened up the IAC port it helped a lot. https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...C-in-92mm-Fast
