2019 Ford Mustang
licensed the file and went to load it in the vehicle. Keep getting an error message with the boot loader download. Gets to 4.6% sometimes and other times as high as 24%. Car is on the dyno and unable to load a tune.
Before I get blamed for poor internet, speeds are 658.1mbps download. Are there some internet issues at HpTuners today?

battery or wiring related issue.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Nope, battery had 11.8v with ign on, tender on it as we always do, and no wiring issue. I waited 30 min, tried again and got to 60% with boot loader download. Tried again later in the day and it worked fine and I was able to load a few revisions as needed. Same battery in the vehicle with tender on it, same wiring, same internet speeds on my end, so not one thing changed on my end. I'll go with an issue on HpTuners that got corrected after my post. Thanks for taking care of whatever so I could get the vehicle completed.
