    cold start help

    have a 07 non dod 6.2 with headeras and btr stage 2 cam. warmed up the vehicle will pop off quick after stitting all night takes a few tries. any help or input is apprectiated

    Have you checked fuel pressure? Could be bleeding off overnight. Not everything is fixable with the laptop. Need to cover the basics first.

    I'd check fuel pressure.. Put the gauge on before you do anything else one morning.

    If it is bleeding off could be an injector leaking. See any smoke on start up?

    no smoke does seem super rich when it pops off after a few

    Try halving the entire start air flow table and set cranking ve to 100

    checked fuel pressure after sitting over 12 hours. 48 primed cranking 58. got it to start again and no issues when ran for for at least a min. does have new plugs and wires

    Did it have fuel pressure when it had the hard start?

    If so.. I'd multply the cranking airflow table by 15-20% +

    Please try this and report back.
    Flash it, start the truck then, shut it off and let is sit overnight. Try the cold start in the AM and report back.
