Tuners in the DC Area using HP Tuners Software?

I have a recently swapped LS3 Porsche 944. My tuner is in NC and has an updated file for me. Looking for a shop/individual that uses HP Tuners software to load updates to my ECU. Of course, will compensate.

By the time you pay someone for the license for your PCM and for their time, you're pretty much at the price point of buying an MPVI3 or an RTD. I would think this is something most any professional tuner would be offering their clients. I know I do.
