    GEN 3 PCM Siemens Deka 80lb Hp Tuners calibration

    Hi,
    I have long 80lb Siemens DEKA FI114992 injectors. I've been having issues with the mixtures being really rich at idle on my LS1 engine with LS6 heads and a newer LS6 camshaft.

    This happens even when using the calibration data verified to be correct here (siemens deka 80 injectors.xls).

    When I switched to the calibration data from AAcorvette's website (80LB Siemens Deka-LS1 Style-HP Tuners format.xlsx), the engine ran slightly better.

    How can I know if the injector data is now correct?

    I apologize, this HP Tuners is very new to me.

    This includes the calibration file recommended on this site
    eka.hpt


    And here is the calibration file downloaded from the AA Corvette site. And this works better yet

    The "ekt.hpt" file uses converted Ford data. It's more accurate than the AACorvette data. In that file you need to go to Fuel>Transient>Min Fuel Mg to 0.010 and set >Fuel Delta Min Incr to 0.

    That still runs way too rich

    If it was "tuned" using "incorrect" injector data, it will have to be retuned using the corrected injector data.

    The settings should be stock LS1, with only the injector data changed.

    With the AA Corvette injector data, the idle mixture was slightly leaner. Could it be that those injectors actually flow more than claimed?
    I tried adjusting the mixtures to be leaner through the idle Airflow, but it didn't seem to have any effect.

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but when I try to adjust the idle to lambda 1 with the VCM scanner in Openloop mode, the engine idles poorly. It works well at lambda 0.8.

    And it's the only place where I can make the mixture leaner. I have tried adjusting the VE table and MAF scaling, but the mixture doesn't get leaner. What I have noticed is that the injector pulse width doesn't go below 1.6-1.7ms.
    With AA Corvette injector data, the engine idles slightly better at lambda 1.

    In this case, I tried to adjust the minimum injector pulse and minimum fuel milligrams from 0.010 to 0.002, but these also did not seem to have any effect.

    Are you running a vacuum-referenced reg or non (corvette style)?

    fuel system is stock gen4 f body, it does not have vacuum fuel regulator

    No, it is naturally aspirated, 80lb injectors because I was told by a tuning shop that those should work in the engine without any problems and those injectors were easily available.

    I noticed a large B1/B2 imbalance.

    Also, not sure how you're adjusting VE and expecting results without the MAF failed.
