2015 Jeep Cherokee SRT 6.4 tuning

Hey Guys, I?am about to tune my first Jeep SRT 6.4 hemi and looking for some pointers.
First of all what?s the safest way to make it 2 wheel drive for my dyno?

Do I to tune the VE tables after I tune the ANN?

Do I turn PE off while tuning the ANN ?

While tuning the ANN doing I turn all the fueling adders/subtracter off while chasing stoich ?

You could do a "pre dyno" tune and wrap it up on dyno.

Having VE tables and spark/retarder nailed prior will save you some time.
