    Need Help with injector boundary

    Hi guys,
    I need help with my injector boundary number can someone figure out the numbers to enter it in my boundary
    I have all the cam specs
    My engine 6.0 L96 iron block stock bottom end
    Stock Injector GM 12613412
    Camshaft specs
    TSP Stage 3 cam
    231/246 640/615 112LSA
    006* 285/299
    IVO is 32.5 BTDC
    IVC is 72.5 ABDC
    EVO is 83.5 BBDC
    EVC is 35.5 ATDC
    Overlap is 68

    Injector timing,
    ms 0 128 256 384 512 640 768 896 1024 1152 1280 rpm
    2.9 2.6 2.2 2.3 2.7 2.7 2.5
    injector offset vs pressure delta vs igvn = 0.7ms
    my idle set to 850 RPM

    What is the number should I enter it in the cell
    For all boundary cell ?

    search you tube for silversurfer 77 he has a video that explains everything in detail. give him a thumbs up or subscribe. he is one of the best tuners on this forum and his videos have helped many

    I have seen the clips, but they are advanced for me. I am a beginner in this field, but I will try to solve this equation.

    I think he had some quick way of at least roughing it in with cam specs and stock calibration data. Might be enough in the beginning.

    An IVC of 32.5* equates to a Boundary Angle of 612*:
    Power Stroke: 180
    + Exhaust Stroke: 180
    + Intake Stroke: 180
    + IVC ABDC: 72.5
    ---------------------
    612.5


    The historic advice for an N/A car is to set your Boundary Angle to IVC-20 or IVC-30 degrees. So for you that would be:
    612* - 20* = 592*
    612* - 30* = 582*
    Whatever you do, don't use a Boundary Angle of 612* or larger since you will be spraying fuel after the intake valve is closed and will have to wait until the next go around to enter the cylinder.

    In practice you are going to see that 580* number appear a lot with aftermarket N/A LS cams. Also understand that you are dealing with the .006" lift numbers here...there is NOT a lot of air moving and thus not a lot of ability to stuff that final amount of fuel in the cylinder...so 592* is likely really pushing the limits. You really need a dyno to fine tune this, but for an N/A motor there are not a lot of gains here. Set it to 580* and be done with it.

    Also understand the Boundary Angle is really only going to come into play during WOT PE fueling. It is unlikely to determine EOIT for CL fueling operations.
    A standard approach will give you standard results.

    This is pretty late IMHO.

    Most people will want SOI to occur at EVC or 5-10* sooner. A value of 184 moves SOI to 396 = EVC for your cam. So Normal ECT values around 184 through 189 will get you were you want to be. So basically start at 184 and make the number bigger and watch the fuel trims and IPW in your logs. If the trims get richer/IPW gets smaller, you doing good...keep going. Stop when the trims stop getting richer and/or you smell gasoline in the exhaust.

    TBH though, all this is based on what I would say a year ago. I am doing things much differently now.
    A standard approach will give you standard results.

    All works fine trims get richer/IPW gets smaller, except the smell still there , but that?s fine,
