It's possible. Just hook up to it and see if it'll read the calibration out. It's most likely still using a gm ECM with a GM written calibration. It will be different though if it's anything like the calibrations they put into the Freightliners. Don't think a calibration change will help their cam failures, but don't know if their running DOD on them or not.

Yes, I'm currently working on my Isuzu 6.0. It sees it as a 1989 for some reason.
I have been looking for a file from a freightliner that run gm ecu with 8.0l motor. But hard to find one to see if can attempt scanning with hp tuners.
