Hi guys, I'm having an issue that seems to be a hicup switching zones in the map? That or my other thought is closed throttle fueling being off (rich) and causing a recovery issue, but it seems to be more RPM dependent. Normally the issue is 4200ish or higher rpm, coming back on throttle, the engine just seems like it stays "off". I tired a tune with DEFCO enabled just to see if it made a difference, and the very first time it seems it didn't switch zones on throttle and went way lean at 4000-4200. The next bit of logging the car performed normal and didn't go lean.
Car details:
2011 C6 Grand Sport
Edelbrock E-Force 2300 kit 5.8-6lbs boost
Fuel Injection Connection 72lb/hr injectors
2.5 bar SD OS - MASS unplugged - tried to calibrate it but was unsuccessful, PID says it's trying to go high speed all the time.
Timing is low for tuning purposes, and it's Alaska fuel. 90 octane - non-ox. - the first logs are before we got fuel, the next logs ending in 3 or higher are after a fuel stop, and it looks like we got some low quality stuff.
Notes: The car was previously tuned with EFI-Live. This tune is as much of a from scratch as I was able to figure out. Segment swapped a same # OS from another stock tune file, just incase there was any funny business with EFI-Live. Applied 2 bar OS following the instructions. This is my first gen 4 car, I've done my Gen III C5 as well.
Looking for input or directions to go in. Thanks for the time!
