    How would I go about getting locked shifts?

    Transmission tab>torque converter>Apply/Release. Adjust each gear table with the speed at which you want it to lock and unlock.
    Then be sure in the general tab, "unlock on shift" is zeroed out if you don't want it to unlock during a shift.
