The original throttle body went in the trash 3 years ago. It was damaged by the previous owner when they attempted to port it.

As Lake said, put the OEM T-body back on it. You aren't gaining anything from the 103. There is a chance it's problematic. I've seen a few go wonky after some time. It's not often but it does happen. Bone stock OEM ones rarely have issues. Not only is it the perfect test but it's not a step backwards.

If there's a question or a problem with a connector or pins the connector should be unpinned, wires clipped at the pins, new pins properly crimped and then reassembled.
I purchased a GM connector and soldered it.

Set this table to 90. See what it does.

I don't care. I absolutely detest broken or interrupted wires. I will run an entire circuit to avoid patching a wire. Butt connecting or soldering a wire is the absolute last thing I want to do.

As a compliment to Eds test, here is another 1 for you. I can't comment for any other os's but on mine any setting over 5 made no appreciable difference. These numbers just take the edge off the throttle response, nothing too crazy. Stock numbers were 100 like yours.

An update on this. I tried setting the throttle to 90% followed by 80% with no change. Finally yesterday I was logging and I saw the tps data "flickering". I contacted Nick Williams and I'll be sending the throttle body off to them for repair.

Nothing in the tune that I can see causing this. I literally just tuned a big turbo E40 car last week with similar throttle settings,, without an issue. You have a bad ground or broken wire in the harness somewhere.

    That's not exactly uncommon unfortunately.
