Can anyone who knows what they’re looking at take a peek at this for me?

I recently bought a 2008 LMM truck that just had an engine replacement. I do not know what particularly failed on the old engine. I don’t know anything about the tune that is on the truck either

The truck runs great almost all the time and has plenty of power, however at low (1500ish) RPM and high load. Imagine first starting up a steep hill with cruise set. It is very very smoky and seems to have some stutter/surging when the boost starts to come on.
It also seems to not have any boost applied when first getting on throttle, turbo seems to have a lot of lag.

I am a gas guy so I have no idea what im looking at within this file, however I did notice that all of the boost control related DTCs are disabled and one of the desired boost low alt tables has some weird spikes in it.
