all was well this morning and early afternoon.
program wont load.
tried the repair and no go.
laptop never seen the internet.
please advise.

just uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. no go.
here is the exact info on the error.
application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
process id=0x33x (828), thread id=0x158 (344).
uninstall & delete any files left over in the program/hptuners/vcmsuite folder and install to see if that works...otherwise I would say its time to bust out the ole restore disk for windows & start fresh.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Virus scanners?
We got this guy Not Sure, ...
win xp home.
no virus scanners.
laptop is dedicated to tuning.
never see's the net.
reloaded it all. and been having tbl with writes/edits not taking.
attempted to remove .16 and go back to .14 (which always worked flawlessly for me). will post of later today after i try an edit or two to see if the write takes.

update.
not sure what the heck is happening but everything is working again with ver.16...grrr.
edits took with out a hitch.
