Am I able to load a stock tune file from an 06-07 manual truck into my ecu and have no check engine lights? Has anyone that has done the swap done this with HPTuners?

I've done it with efilive and it works. i havent try it with HPTuners

Changed OS with HP Tuners lots on 4th gens, I use a bench ecm to create the files though

I'm working on the same thing, but a 05 48re swapped to a NV5600. Swap is done but need to tell the ECU it's a manual now. I have a tune I pulled off my buddies 05 with a NV5600 so going to try to load it up and see what happens.

I have found a few stock tunes on here for 06 manuals.

Those 06 files should be fine due to them putting the G56 in the trucks starting in 05.5. My main problem is getting a driveshaft made cause apparently 05 4door 2WD SWB were rare. Driveshaft shop said they would try to build me one with the one-piece that came off the 48re.
