I know cat light off is killed in yours but everything else I can see looks good. I don't have the baro tables defined for yours, so it's possible with yours having the sciap switched on for the map settings that it won't pass that test and hinder the rest? You need to contact Will974 for that to be done. I also don't have rich decel defined for yours. I do know if rich decel is killed that it will not pass the cat test. Been there, done that unfortunately... I would contact Will and have the sciap background baro tables activated and populated using the lt4's settings then put about 30 mins of highway miles on it to see if it will pass. With your variable cam tables being 0ed out but still active, I'm also not sure if EGR will pass as egr uses variable cam to keep exhaust in the cylinders. EGR is easy enough to kill in the obd 2 test settings, but that's all you can kill for it to pass the other test... Again, been there and done that... You can kill all of the codes, but then you only have a cal that's for testing and I highly don't recommend that... So, talk to Will and get the baro sciap tables put in then go from there.

    Greg,

Thanks for the help. I will send Will a PM with your reply. I can also just set the Variable cam back to stock for a week or so until I go to get tested again.

    Thank you, as always.

    Update,

All monitors are now testing except O2 and EVAP. Not worried about the EVAP, as its not required. Any suggestions on getting the O2 to test. It has passed the O2 heater, CAT, EGR now.

So did it wind up needing the background sciap tables to pass? Good to know if it does. O2s? I assume heater has not passed or both? Takes miles with about 3 or 4 cold starts with long 5 min idles and all rich/lean dtcs set to factory to pass those.

Sorry, i didn't read close enough. It did already pass the heaters. Make sure on the o2 dtc settings. All have to be factory.

not sure. The EGR passed soon as I put the Variable cam back moving, and Will found i had the LTFT turned off. He said those must be on to get the CATS and O2. Going to Drive it another few days since that's the last one I need. If not passed by then I will look back at the tune again. I have never messed with the factory O2 settings. I literally only added in the DCTs to check the SIAP sensor, so actually i have more turned on than did stock. The tune I got originally from Magnuson had the MAF DCTs turned off due to the more air flow, but it passed back in 2022 with those off. Funny thing is it get better gas mileage when i don't get into boost than it did stock.

I haven't had a problem with ltfts causing the cats and o2s not to pass yet, not to say that won't cause problems on select operating systems. That's the problem i run into more than anything is what you can or can't do on different operating systems. EGR can be killed altogether if yours doesn't work well with a moving cam, but best to dial in the ve correctly and adjust the torque model accordingly for it that way you can still use variable cam especially now that you have the background controllers for the sciap in place. Bet you already notice some differences with those

I did find I have all the Cylinder deactivation DCTs turned to no error reported since it no longer has that hardware. Would that cause O2 not to ready?

No, not that as long as dod is also off. That's part of the fuel test i believe anyway.

    Update,

Truck has all monitors ready now except EVAP and should pass. I'm sure it will eventually ready.

    Thanks again for the help!!
