Gen 2 Coyote Control Pack

I just loaded a Gen 2 control pack strategy into a PCM that already has PATS turned off. It appears that PATS is preventing the car from starting. Switch in the strategy is disabled. Anybody know if PATS should be off with control pack strategy?

I can't tell you for sure, I got different answers from different sources. I would love to see confirmation one way or the other though.

Thanks for the response! I'm not 100% sure what's going on with it. When I run a KOEO test on it with FORScan, I get a corrupt data error. Maybe because of the FRPP strategy.
