It's really just a heavier duty F350, so I don't see why the computer would be any different.
Plug in the HP Tuners and read the truck, see if it works.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Oh I see, yeah I don't see it listed there.
But HP Tuners did support it at one point. I remember this thread for a while back, a guy got a 2010 V10 file from HP Tuners, so it does work.
Contact support directly or for the hell of it just try reading the truck and see what happens.
