Exclamation Complicated flared 5-6 shift always occurs 2 weeks after adapt reset relearn

Long story but information is good i think, I'm newish but have successfully tuned a new vvt cam and minor trans tunes on multiple vehicles
I have a 2016 silverado 2500hd 6.0 gas w 6l90 transmission. On the 5th transmission due to bad reman transmissions. The last 3 have had a flair during the 5-6 shift light pedal low speeds about 2 weeks after adapt reset. Upon a closer look i found the throttle plate has a blip at around 8-13% throttle. Just off cracking it open basically, I've changed the pedal and throttlebody and no different. The logs say and shows pedal command is normal but throttle command has the upward blip when moving it off idle. You can feel it when starting to drive gently. I'm thinking it could be wire or led lights with fans or aftermarket radio ect interference but it's odd that it's a new problem about a year ago and the mods have been done about 8 years ago so I don't feel I should think this way, I'm just grasping at ideas,
The reason I'm here and asking for any professional help is I want to remove any 5-6 shift throttle pull during shifts cause I'm at the end of my patience with chasing this problem and ready to give up. So in torque management if there is a way for me to let it shift and just pop right to 6th without pulling throttle back down through this throttle plate mystery blip "that actually looks to the ecm like i spanked the pedal a whisker during its upshift" and telling/learning the ecm my "habbits" of thinking im adding throttle during the up shift and eventually pausing the upshift fill or learning wrong. Again about every 2 weeks I reset adapts and it's absolutely perfectly crisp. Then it starts a slower softer 5-6 and about 4 weeks it feels like a full 5th-nutural-6th shift with 500 rpm+-400 flair!! I feel like if it could learn the shift for a few trips then stop learning it would be perfect lol. I know more than likely I need to spend the time and get the pedal or wiring or interference figured out but im at the end of my patience here and just want to use it or sell it at this point but could never sell it wth this problem and not feel like a filthy snake and pass along a problem. This truck is my daily driver and plow truck and all stock. Any thoughts or ways to mod the 5-6 torque management would be great for me to try and see if it helps and thanks in advance to anyone with more knowledge than me here!!

This can happen from a bad trans tune. What have you changed in the trans tune?
