new MPI3 pro link AEM 30 help

I have used 2 AEM wide bands a few years now one in my personal car and one for daily tuning. I upgraded to MPI3 and purchased new pro link cables.
I cannot get a correct reading to the VCM Scanner. everything is wired correctly and all software up to date.
i have wired 2 gauges thinking maybe a bad one
uninstalled software downloaded new
tried new C-port to my laptop
resync devise and tried to update

so the AEM gauge does not work with the latest VCM Suite or my new MPVI3 prolink is bad
