Flashed new tune, code won't go away. 03-04

Just switched to hptuners. I forgot to plug my AIT sensor back in before flashing my new tune. Now the codes won't go away? I also just realized that the file I sent my tuner had the codes present (drove around for a few weeks with it unplugged). Could that be why they're not deleting? I have no idea how hptuners works lol. I've been dealing with udc pro for the past 4 years.

Certain codes take a certain amount of drive cycles to clear on their own if the problem no longer exists. Have you tried manually clearing the code? If just will not go away then it’s an actual issue with the sensor.

Yeah, i tried clearing it. After clearing it i purchased a new one. Reflashing to stock gets rid of the code, but once I flash the new tune it comes back
