2013 300 SRT8 A580 Speed Sensor

I'm having some trouble getting my output shaft speed sensor to read correctly. I've narrowed the channels every way I can think of. No matter what I do, it reads over 65,000 rpm with no data. It's just like it glitches in and out. I made some changes to my shift pressures and schedules. Everything works well, except full throttle. It will NOT shift to second until you let up on the throttle. I tried changing the WOT tables to no avail. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
