6r80 3-4 shift issue

[19camaro]

The car is a 2017 Mustang GT with a circle d 5c converter. It has almost a double shift and flares pretty good when giving it moderate throttle on that shift. Im looking for someone to look over the file and see if there's anything that stands out on the tune. It wont let me upload the file here. My tuner and I are just confused on what the issue could be. I'm thinking something isn't adjusted correctly for the converter that's been in the car for 3 years. It drives perfectly fine on a couple of different files I have for it made by other people. TIA

Means TCC is not locking up fast enough or new lock up clutch was not designed to slip and has to lock like on/off.

Lockup rate but also tcc ramp will have to most control over it
