Early 04 needs MORE RPM.... but how??

    Early 04 truck.

    150% over DDP injectors
    12mm DDP cp3
    472/87/1.0
Crap ton of supporting mods obviously.

Have spend time working from a stock file and doing small revisions and changes and then testing.

Really happy with the tune except for i cannot seem to get full fuel to the RPM that i would like. I have played with the limiters that i understand but there are alot of things in the "governors" tab that i dont understand and dont want to just start going crazy not knowing what im doing.

With this tune i get full fuel to about 3200 and then fall off to seemingly a hard limiter around 3750/3800.

Really need to get this setup to run to 4k full fuel and a hard limiter around 4250/4300.

ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

    This thing looks scary.

Post up your DDP Injector Flow Rates and I'll get you moving in the right direction.

Quick Observation, and this may be way off base:

Your Main Injection Pulsewidth Table will be dumping fuel stupidly rich at idle, cruise, and partial throttle. It might be far enough to where light throttle barely moves the truck.

You'll need to increase your values in here from 12-80mm3 to flatten things out to improve fuel economy.

1770mm3 at wide open throttle with 150% Over Injectors will be a smokey mess. I'd probably start closer to 1200mm3.

Fuel Pressure needs smoothed out and raised up significantly which will reduce timing. This allows your SOI Timing to be increased as a result.

Curve should end up looking something closer to this:

Lots of work ahead. Lots of potential power with this setup.
