Startup idle rpm takes several minutes to drop to 650rpm

Can someone figure out why my startup idle rpm takes about 8 minutes before dropping to normal 650rpm? It does this whether the engine is cold or hot. 2018 Mustang 5.0 mostly stock with LT catless and Airaid cai.

No telling without seeing your tune. Something is off. It stays in Emission reduction mode for quite a while. It also goes from Stoich back to cold engine fuel after it's already been running for a while. Nobody is going to figure it out without seeing your file.
Seems like someone changed something they shouldn't have to me. LT and CAI tune should be very very simple. Not a lot to change.

I did setup your SST to auto shift at 7300rpm. It looked like you were trying to turn some stuff off that was not working.
