Copperhead strategy to control 5.4 4v swap na

What is the best strategy to use for a 5.4 4v swap? Its a 5.4 4v out of a 2004 Navigator. It will be in front of a 6r80. Using a quick 6 to control the transmission. From my understanding if I use a coyote strategy the engine is going to run wasted spark. Really would like to retain sequential spark. Swap will use a boss intake and a coyote electronic throttle body.

Would it be better to use a 10-11 or 13-14 gt500 strategy? And will that strategy run a coyote throttle body?

What about using a crate 6 strategy?

You can run 5.4 paired with 6r80 on F150 Coyote PMC - best for you will be 11-14y

Stock startegy will do for sure but has to be tuned of course. We did Termi Cobra engine on that pcm, any v8 can be run this way.
Few things to keep in mind but doable.

Did they retain sequential injection? Are you running a cam sensor?
