BETA needs "NET 8 Desktop Runtime Windows x64" - where to download?

Just getting started with HPTuners and gonna install the VCM Suite (beta), but it says I will need "NET 8 Desktop Runtime Windows x64" and I'm wondering if someone can point me to a download site. I've been looking at a Microsoft download page, and it's quite confusing, saying that the program is typically combined with other programs???? So I don't want to just blindly install multiple programs.

I'm using a Windows 10 laptop, 64 bit. I looked through my computer and that NET 8 Desktop Runtime Windows x64 program is not currently installed.

Ahhh yes, I did indeed see that DOWNLOAD button at the bottom.... but ...... it looked (to me, maybe I'm just stupid) like it was for downloading the VCM Suite. Thanks to your comment, I just hovered over it and see you are correct. Many thanks.
