    Where is the tune file?

    What injectors?
    What MAP sensor?
Is there a MAF sensor still hooked up?

What size fuel pump? Because to silly corvette regulators don't like huge fuel pumps, you'll blow past 58psi if you aren't careful.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Need a part number for injectors not the style of electrical connector.

Plan on running NA for now? Seems to me it would make more sense to do a lot of the little things now that can fit a boosted application also. Such as the regulator, injectors, OS, and so on.
If your dead set on making it run for now, you will need to provide part number for the injectors.

Well not there yet. The corvette reg/filter is only good for 255lph. It'll burn up that pump you put in. Should have a vacuum reference return system setup anyway for boost.

Here's an example where this happened recently.

ok great, even if i planned on running a little nitrous versus boosted? reason i didn't go boosted at the time is because i wanted to run arp head studs instead of the head bolts that i bought from jegs and during covid i wasnt able to locate any or it was a long lead time. what fuel system would you recommend for a boosted setup?

It's not about that. The pump will be under more stress at idle than WOT because the reg will have to return more flow.

As far as setup that depends on if you're going aftermarket rails or keeping the TBSS ones.

That and a vacuum referenced reg would be best. Reg goes downstream of everything.

Thing is you've selected those injectors, so I'm guessing 8psi boost target? You can run the stock fuel system and not have to worry about studs, either. It's not ideal because the injector data doesn't map to boost, unlike returnless gen IV. You can map VE, but the spark table is where it gets tricky. The reported CylAir during boost won't reflect what's actually going on, so you'll have to think about that when making a spark map. Just need a stock pump in this case.
