Stock gen 2 coyote idling problems

Anyone have a den 2coyote swap application that has issues with idle dips? Mine idles and drives fine but I get random rpm drops down to 400 and back up. It'll bounce up and down for a bit and then smooth out. I've noticed the low speed fan sometimes causes it. Other times it happens on its own. I'm thinking its probably load from the alternator? Is there anything I can change in the tune to compensate this?
