I installed the driver package that is on the HP Tuners site and my PC (HP Tuners software) still does not see the interface. Do you have the drivers so I can manually install it, rather than the executable?

Well that?s crap. It worked long enough to make a few changes to my tune and now that we are halfway through tuning my car, I have to go out and get a new laptop?!?!
You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
If it stopped working halfway through tuning thats not a driver issue, maybe your usb cable died or maybe your device died. I would suggest opening a support ticket.Originally Posted by lyonmt
