CM2350 Question

GM tuner here, have a couple local guys with 2013-2015 Cummins that just want some transmission adjustments made but both have been previously tuned by EZ Link and I have been reading in here about those ECM's locking up when read out by HPT. Is there anything to look at prior to reading the file that would indicate if it will cause issues when reading?

Do not read any CMxxxx controller previously flashed with whatever hardware available on the market. If you want to work on it with hardware that is not the same as the one used before, I'd suggest to flash a stock file into in directly and start working from there. If you have any method to get a Jtag backup, that's preffered.
