I have a 2009 f-150 that I am looking to get rid of the cats on since they are clogged up, What needs to be changed to do this? I have experience doing chevy stuff but have never messed with a ford. I know COT will need to be disabled, but i was reading if i set the codes to no error reported the o2 monitors wont show ready. Is there a way to keep the CEL off and have the monitors show ready or should i just disable the codes? attached the file2009 ford F-150 5.4.hpt
