2014 sprinter van in limp mode

hi this is a shot int the dark.. does anyone know of how i can take the sprinter van out of limp mode? i dont have a log or a tune just wanted to see if anyone here had any insight on this and can give me a hand..

its a 2014 sprinter van 2500 diesel


i believe it ran out of deff and no one noticed or payed attention for that matter

First try checking and clearing codes with a scan tool... if the problem has been resolved, it should come out of limp mode.
