3.0 Diesel 10R80 Failed TCM Flash

Good evening everyone.
I did a little trans tuning tonight and on the third flash I had a failure on the transmission flash where it hung up and now I cannot get it to program.

The error I'm getting is

Write Transfer : Timed Out

I have a battery charger on the vehicle and I have pulled the radio fuses.

Currently the vehicle won't even run doesn't attempt to start and is undrivable.

Not sure what to do next if anyone can help!

update vcm software and flash a stock file into it should get you going

Thank you I appreciate the response.

I ended up giving the computer longer than HP recommended to power off between ECM and TCM flash and that seem to solve it.

I did the ECM then waited 2-3 minutes and did the TCM without issues
