Tired of HP Tuners throwing my clients cars into limp mode

I have been tuning nissan and infiniti vehicles for a number of years using HPT. In the last year, every single client that has come to me, has had a limp mode problem happen, and they are all different vehicles, all supported, and I am doing the same thing. My workflow has not changed, but it seems that the software has... does anyone else have this issue when working on vq37 or vr30 vehicles? It HAS to be something in the software. Like, some of the linked tables for the m37 are not correct (the second linked tables data is the data for the other bank's linked table) so I am sure that there are more mistakes in the definition file or a modifier or something that is causing this to happen. It goes away once flashed back to stock.

    Any insight or similar experiences?

A lot of the GM stuff will do that after a flash did you try just clearing codes?
