Lightbulb Has Anyone Touched the 3.9L LZ9?

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP (now had an impala with the same motor before). Im looking for help mainly just push the timing for 91 octane but anything to help add a bit of power and clean up the shifts would be appreciated. I'm more computer savvy than car savvy,
    thank you

Post the tune. I don't know what it looks like at the moment. I'm sure there might be some easy stuff to adjust being that it's a GM car.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Get a data log of it running. Need normal driving, some wide open throttle run and while at steady state at highway speeds.

Likely not much power to be gained, not noticeable anyway and maybe minor fuel mileage. Most of that comes down to driving slower and not being heavy on the throttle.
