2020 ram 3500 SOTF programming

Installed my new tune which had the SOTF option. Now Im not sure how to use the SOTF, website says to use the cancel button on the cruise, but doesn?t seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Vehicle must on, running and cruise control off, press the cancel button to enter slot selection and you have 10 seconds to press the resume button to go up a slot or the set button to go down a slot, if no buttons are pressed for 10 seconds to will exit the slot selection. The lightning bolt symbol/chime will indicate which slot is selected.
