    Jeep tuning help

Hi guys. I'm trying to help a friend tune his 4.0l jeep and I am a bit confused. I do have some experience tuning Gen 3 LS stuff, but I am no pro.

I have gone through the jeep tuning master thread and a few other forums. Some people say the JTEC doesn't use the VE table and AFR tuning needs to be done with injector pulse width. This sounds wrong to me. My idea was to disable o2 sensors and force open loop and try to dial in the VE table to start.

If someone could help me out a bit, that would be great. I do have a general idea when it comes to setting up histograms/graphs ect.

The engine I'm attempting to tune has been bored and stroked with a cam and Edelbrock cylinder head and Ford injectors of some sort. It currently starts and idles pretty well but the LT trims are +30 so it seems to be running lean

without seeing the tune and datalog the simple thing to do is go into Fuel > Open Loop > Fuel Base - EGR Off and then add the fuel to this map.
there are plenty of videos on how to set up your datalog correctly but the basics are to match the axis of the table you want to copy to in the datalog then you can simply copy the values from the log and paste special into the fuel table (or spark or whatever) using the multiply by % or multiply by % - half commands.

I do the half version and repeat 4-5 times until you are seeing single digit LTFTs
