LML permannd I'ent codes question

Hey smarter than me guys,

I've got 2 HPT tunes for my 2011 Duramax.

CP3, lightened, Fass 165 lift pump

One thing I am chasing, on the snap=on scanner, window for reduced engine power history shows "Reductant SYS Per"

I've done a bunch of searching, read about "Permanent codes" and that they need the condition corrected to reset... well, that's not gonna happen.

I also read about a xdf files.

The last two are above my pay grade.

IS there a quick resolution to this message? PM me if one of you guys can edit my tune to do so or directions?

And, I'm getting "ECT Overtemp" in the reduced engine power history, and this shows up with a message in DIC and half the time there will be a reduction in power.. sometimes not.

Can this issue be 'adjusted" as well? Cooling system solid and temp sensor and wiring is good per tests.
