    Can't purchase and add credits

    Hi folks!

    I last used my MPVI2 and the editor in 2022. It worked!

    Now I have another vehicle I need to tune up.

    The MPVI2 performed a firmware update.

    I log in, add credits to my cart and "MPVI Credits cannot be added to the cart until the serial number is selected or specified in your My Account/My Devices page" is displayed.

    When I go through the steps to add and verify my device and "Interface is already imported!" is displayed and I can't continue.

    What step am I missing or doing wrong?

    MPVI2 devices do NOT use MPVI make specific credits credits.

    They use universal credits which can be purchased via your customer portal.

    If that does not fix your issue please open a support ticket.
